It’s been a while but I’m back to blogging, as a few other people are too. I’ve been planning to get back here and a challenge by Effy Wild inspired me even more. 140 characters or a quick post on Instagram (which I love!) isn’t really filling my creative well. I worked hard on this website and then put it aside while I painted and worked on something else – more on that later – but I’m recommitted to showing up here and I hope you will join me.
Here are a few photos from a recent summer trip to Maine. With all that’s happening in the world right now, I need to nourish my mind, body and soul now more than ever. I hope they offer you a brief respite from the news.

Have a peaceful weekend. If you are in the way of Irma, blessings and be safe. If you are relocated because of it, I hope you have good shelter and kindness around you.
